This article<br>covers these new features. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Introduction<\/h5>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The new provisions on company law have been in force since January 1, 2023. These changes had been awaited for many years, in particular to bring the law into line with the practice that has developed over time. Among the innovations introduced by the revision of the law on public limited companies, the procedures for convening shareholders&#8217; meetings have been slightly modified, and the holding of shareholders&#8217; meetings has been modernized. In addition to the traditional &#8220;face-to-face&#8221; format, a number of other options are now available. However, these innovations entail additional obligations for the Board of Directors.
